Cancel an order

An order placed on the Site, by WhatsApp or by telephone may be cancelled within 14 days of receiving the product (a person with a disability, a citizen aged 65 or over, or a new immigrant: within four months, if the order involved a conversation with us). [s. 14C(c) and s. 14C1, Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981]

How to give notice

Send the cancellation notice by any of the channels below, stating your full name, identity number and order number:

What happens next

1. Cancellation for a defect, non-conformity or late delivery: full refund within 14 days, no cancellation fee; we collect the product at our expense. [s. 14E(a)]
2. Cancellation on a change of mind: refund of the amount paid including delivery, less a cancellation fee of 5% or ₪100, whichever is lower; the product is returned to the studio at the customer's expense. [s. 14E(b) and (d)]
3. Opening the vial does not forfeit the right to cancel. [s. 14E(c)]
