Morning Chess

It opens fresh and concise: bergamot gives a flash of citrus, while galbanum immediately adds a sharp green bitterness, like grass freshly picked beside the house. Almost at once the main character appears: Tuscan leather, soft and refined, without smoke or roughness — more like the binding of an old book or the upholstery of an armchair. The finish is earthy and dense: patchouli and black amber create warm, resinous depth. Greenery and leather in one bottle — restrained, intelligent and distinctly Scandinavian.
