Accessibility Statement

1. Site operator

  1. Yana Shtilman, licensed dealer no. 316843804, of Pinchas Ben Yair 3, Tel Aviv-Yafo, trading as Sensual Unique Perfumes, operates the website sensualjaffa.co.il and regards accessibility as an integral part of the service.

2. Accessibility status of the site

  1. The Site has been made accessible in accordance with Israeli Standard IS 5568, Guidelines for Web Content Accessibility, at level AA. [reg. 35A(a), Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 5773-2013]

3. Accessibility adjustments carried out

  1. Full keyboard navigation, including a clearly visible focus indicator and a skip-to-content link at the top of every page.
  2. Alternative text for images and icons that carry information.
  3. Colour contrast meeting the standard's requirements, and text resizing without loss of content or function.
  4. Semantic heading structure and explicit labels on all form fields, including the order form, with error messages in words that screen readers announce.
  5. A control to stop the home-page carousel, and respect for the system's "reduce motion" setting.
  6. Compatibility with common screen readers, and no flashing content. [reg. 34(a)(4) and reg. 35E of the Regulations]

4. Known limitations

  1. Image descriptions (alternative text) are currently written in Russian and are served as such on the Hebrew and English versions of the Site.
  2. On a product page that carries a video, the video plays as a silent loop; it stops under the system's "reduce motion" setting.
  3. The payment page is operated by an external payment provider (Hyp) and is outside our control. Tax invoices are produced by the same provider in its own format.
  4. Content uploaded to the Site by third parties, which we neither edit nor produce, is not our responsibility to make accessible, although the infrastructure on which it is presented is accessible. [reg. 35B of the Regulations]

5. Accessibility coordinator

  1. The business has fewer than 25 employees, so there is no duty to appoint an accessibility coordinator. Accessibility enquiries are handled directly by the site operator. [reg. 91(a) of the Regulations; s. 19MB, Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998]

6. Accessibility contact

We will handle the enquiry within a reasonable time and no later than 60 days from its receipt, and will provide an alternative arrangement in the meantime.
